Die casting production using the cold chamber process
When serving our customers with brass castings - an alloy of copper and zinc - we rely on the brass die-casting manufacturing process.
Both processes enable the production of components that combine very high tensile strength with an attractive, glossy surface, as brass castings can be excellently polished and electroplated.
Brass die-cast parts offer high corrosion and even seawater resistance, making them suitable for industrial use in demanding environments without additional surface treatments.
