Magnesium die casting is a manufacturing process in which molten magnesium is injected under high pressure into precisely crafted molds to produce lightweight, durable, and highly precise components.
Due to the low weight and high strength of magnesium, this process is ideal for applications where weight reduction and performance are crucial. In addition, magnesium die casting enables fast and cost-efficient production of large quantities with minimal material waste.
We manufacture magnesium die-cast parts using the hot chamber process up to 350 t and the cold chamber process up to 800 t clamping force.
