Zinc Die-Casting is a process in which zinc alloys are cast into precision-made molds under high pressure.
Zinc Die-Casting is environmentally friendly, as zinc is a naturally occurring raw material that is not consumed but recycled. Due to its low melting point, the process requires less energy and is therefore resource-efficient.
After casting, the parts can be further processed to meet specific functional and/or aesthetic requirements, as zinc die-cast parts are excellent for chrome plating. In addition, the durability of the die-casting molds leads to lower tooling costs and enables sustainable production.
