A core part of our contract manufacturing services is sandblasting with our special corundum. Thanks to our three large overhead conveyor systems, we have ample capacity available for processing customer parts.
During sandblasting (also known as deburring blasting), we remove unwanted burrs from aluminum, zinc, and magnesium die-cast parts, as well as pressed and stamped components. This cost-effective and fast mechanical deburring process for racked parts is consistent and fully reproducible.
The benefits of sandblasting include an immaculately clean surface – ideal for subsequent coatings or paint applications. The roughened surface improves adhesion for paints, varnishes, powder coatings, or adhesives.
